Built on Apple LiDAR · RoomPlan · ARKit

Turn any room into a 3D model and floor plan — in seconds.

MapMySpace uses the LiDAR scanner already in your iPhone or iPad to capture a measurement-accurate 3D model and a clean 2D floor plan as you walk through. No tape measure. No tripod. No CAD.

How it works

Three taps from a room to a finished plan.

No training, no kit, no specialist. If you can take a photo, you can map a space.

1

Walk the room

Point your iPhone and walk. LiDAR captures every wall, doorway and window in real time — even in low light.

2

Get your model & plan

MapMySpace builds a Sims-style 3D dollhouse and an estate-agent 2D floor plan — room areas, dimensions and door swings, all measured automatically.

3

Export & share

Send a PDF to a client, or a USDZ/OBJ to Blender, Unreal or your CAD tool. Merge rooms into a whole-property model in a tap.

Who it’s for

One scan. Every space-measuring job.

Residential or commercial, a single room or a whole building — MapMySpace replaces the tape measure, the graph paper and the second site visit.

Estate agents

List-ready floor plans in minutes, not days. Scan on the viewing, publish the same afternoon.

Interior designers

Measure-accurate models to design against — and never make a second trip for a dimension you missed.

Architects & surveyors

A fast, centimetre-level first-pass capture you can take straight into CAD as USDZ or OBJ.

Trades & builders

Quote from a scan, not a site visit. Capture once and measure anything, any time, back at the office.

Homeowners

A digital twin of your home for renovations, insurance and furniture that actually fits before you buy.

Business & commercial

Whole-building capture for space planning, merchandising, fit-outs and compliance — at estate scale.

What you get

Survey-grade output. Consumer-grade simple.

📐

Accurate floor plans

Room areas in m² or ft², dimension lines, door swings and a scale bar — the plan an estate agent would draw, generated for you.

🏠

Sims-style 3D dollhouse

Orbit, pinch to fly in and see straight into every room. The walls behind you melt away as you move.

🧩

Whole-property merge

Combine rooms — and floors — into one model and one plan, with a full area schedule and total.

🛋️

Furniture recognised

Sofas, beds, tables, appliances and fittings are detected and placed automatically — no manual tagging.

📤

Export anywhere

USDZ, OBJ and PDF out of the box — drop straight into Blender, Unreal, SketchUp or your CAD pipeline.

Questions

Good questions, straight answers.

How accurate is it?

LiDAR capture is centimetre-level — accurate enough for space planning, design, listings and quoting. It complements, rather than replaces, a fully measured building survey.

Which devices work?

Any iPhone or iPad with a LiDAR scanner — that’s iPhone 12 Pro and every Pro model since, plus iPad Pro from 2020 onward.

What will it cost?

Pricing lands at launch. Waitlist members get early-access pricing first — and yes, there’ll be a free tier to try it.

Is my data private?

Scans are captured and processed on your device. You choose what to export and who to share it with — nothing leaves your phone unless you send it.

Residential or commercial?

Both. From a single bedroom to a multi-floor commercial building — scan room by room and merge them into one model.

When does it launch?

2026. The waitlist is how you get in first — and how you help decide what ships on day one.
